The most effective way to make reservations for a show is to purchase your tickets on-line. You can select your seats from those available and pay for them by using a credit/debit card other than American Express or by applying a pass you have purchased previously.
If you would like assistance to purchase your tickets, you may request a reservation by simply clicking here and completing the reservation request form. One of our volunteers will call you back to get your credit card information to complete the reservation. You may also simply leave a voice-mail by calling 575-523-1200, selecting option 1, and leaving a message.
Please understand that we are an all-volunteer staff. There is no one waiting at the theatre to take your call. Your messages are forwarded via email to the appropriate volunteers, but most of them have day jobs and families. It may take a while to deal with your request. Your reservation is NOT complete until you are contacted by our volunteers and your credit card is processed.
Finally, if you would prefer, you may simply show up at the box office one hour before each performance to purchase your tickets using cash, check, a credit card, or a previously purchased pass. Our box office is also generally open from 10 am till Noon on Saturday's during the Farmer's Market.
Tickets may be exchanged on-line for another performance of the same show up until 2 hours prior to each performance if you purchased your tickets on-line. If you received assistance from our volunteers to purchase your tickets, they may be exchanged up to 8 hours prior to each performance by completing the reservation request form or by leaving us a voice mail.
You may obtain a refund for tickets until 24 hours prior to each performance. Please complete thereservation request formor leave us a voice-mail.
